Client: Mt Gibson Mining
Resourcing Model: Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Scope: Full operations recruitment
Description:
Facilitated the recruitment of all roles required for over an initial 8-month time frame.
Recruitment being defined as role definition, sourcing, assessment management and validation of credentials. Onboarding and mobilization of new employees managed by client.
This process allowed light touch for the HR and Hiring Managers with a time burden at the beginning of the process measured in minutes. The recruitment team was responsible for advertising, sourcing talent, screening and preparing a final shortlist for the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager was required to be present during the final interview.
Once a preferred candidate was identified, Recruitment completed the process with references and any remaining testing or medicals. Final approval to hire was granted by the Hiring Manager or HR and HR then commence the onboarding process. The final stage for recruitment, therefore, was securing acceptance of a verbal offer and advising HR.
Adaptive Resourcing staffed the project at the required levels to meet our commitments.
