Description:
Adaptive Resourcing provided our client with dedicated recruitment resources working alongside the HR team located interstate. Adaptive’s resources operated from Adaptive Resourcing offices, had client email and system access and utilised the client’s SuccessFactors ATS.
The scope of work was initially to fill strategic roles before the project’s final investment decision and was expanded to cover construction roles for a very complex new remote Cu-Ni mine in Western Australia.
More than 40 roles were filled by Adaptive Resourcing to support the initial stages of this project.
